About Therapy

We are relational beings—shaped in relationship, harmed in relationship, and healed in relationship. In therapy, I seek to join you in understanding how you came to be where you are and how you relate to yourself, others, the wider community, and to me within the therapeutic space. A safe, attuned relationship creates the opportunity to address past wounds, recognize ongoing patterns, and begin shaping new ways of relating and being in the world.

My approach is psychodynamic, rooted in depth psychology, relational psychoanalysis, and attachment theory. I have additional training in trauma and abuse through the Allender Center, where I am certified in Narrative Focused Trauma Care, and with Janina Fisher, having completed her Complex Trauma Certification Program. I also integrate principles from Internal Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and Person-Centered Therapy—honoring the power of being deeply heard while recognizing you as the expert in your own life. I am trained in identifying narcissistic abuse and gaslighting, and in supporting survivors as they heal from abuse of all kinds.

I would love to hear from you! I offer both telehealth and in-person sessions at a Seattle office near Woodland Park. Please contact me to learn more.

I welcome individuals from all backgrounds, addressing issues including:

  • Narcissistic abuse

  • Trauma

  • Life transitions

  • Spiritual abuse

  • Relational and attachment challenges

  • Grief and loss

  • Depression & anxiety

Story Work

I also offer dedicated Story Work coaching, a focused process that engages specific narratives from your childhood. Our work is tailored to your needs, but typically begins with an invitation to write a childhood story that has shaped you—where you may still feel stuck or long for greater freedom.

Groups

Occasionally, I offer online Story Work groups where participants share their stories, connect in meaningful ways, and explore greater freedom in their relational patterns. Please reach out to learn more.

It is deadly to be without a confidante, without a guide, without even a tiny cheering section.
